Club Life

A note from our Captain.

“I have been a member of The Duke’s for many years and was honoured when I was asked to take the role of Club Captain. It is an amazing achievement to become part of Club history.

I enjoy an excellent relationship with the Club staff and management. Whilst I was aware through being a member myself, it is particularly highlighted in all the conversations we share as a ‘team’ now, that we are dedicated to providing the best service and experience to all members at The Duke’s. Together, we have added some great value to the Fixture List and activities for all members.

We go out our way to welcome new members and ensure they feel settled in the Club as soon as possible. Competition days are run well and according to the Full Rules of Golf and Handicapping, but we always want the fun and enjoyment of playing to come first.

The Club have been continually investing in improvements, developments and conditioning of the course and facilities. This has led to a welcomed increase in membership and the comments I receive from members and visitors is excellent.

Membership rates are for 12 months starting from the date of sign-up. Direct Debit payments are available by arrangement.

Members may play 7 days per week at any time, year round and £50 credit added to member’s card to spend across the resort.
